Even though the government and family are the main impetus for promoting educational equity, unfortunately, the lack of education in some areas is still happening. For those people who lost their opportunities in childhood, the companies need to come up with some measures to prevent brain drain.

Continuous education opportunities

Companies can achieve this goal by designing some programs to provide their employees with continuous educational opportunities. Employers need to have a good nose for picking out employees who would like a chance for further education, especially those who are talented but did not have access to taking relevant courses during childhood.

Training programs

A good training program can benefit not only the employees, but it is also one of the conditions for a successful industry. For those who love their jobs but want to get more experience or a promotion, companies can design some comprehensive training programs utilizing experienced people who worked in the office before. Job-training programs can also create a virtuous circle for the company. Michael Cabra said in his blog that “I believe that in any profession, the idea of better performance resulting in better compensation is a strong and effective strategy to promote greater work” (Cabra, 2019). In other words, better performance can lead to higher compensation, and better compensation can motivate employees to promote greater work.

Set up a continuing education fund for employees

For some employees who are talented in some areas and are very competitive, companies can set up a continuing education fund for them to get formal educational qualifications if they are willing to be part-time job students in some universities and study there during weekends. When other employees see that they are encouraged by their company to keep studying, even they are already one member of the company, and the future opportunities available of the promotion will depend on their work experience and qualifications, they would be more likely to keep motivating themselves to contribute to the company.

In conclusion, offer studying chances and providing training programs to employees are compensatory methods for absent quality education. In this way, both the company and the employee can benefit from it.
